Welcome to lowcostbullion.com. The lowcostbullion.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Low Cost Bullion, LLC (“Low Cost Bullion”). Lowcostbullion.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of lowcostbullion.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

1. Purchase Policy

Upon you have entered into a transaction with Low Cost Bullion, you have entered into a binding and legally enforceable agreement. Prices and availability are subject to change, without notice. When placing an order on the Website, the price at which your order is submitted is the guaranteed price. You will be assigned a specific order number that will subsequently be forwarded to you via email. Your credit card information is required to guarantee all orders. In order to reserve your guaranteed price, your payment must be received by Low Cost Bullion within two (2) working days for bank wire orders. All check orders must be postmarked for delivery within one (1) working day. In the event that a check payment is not received in its entirety within five (5) business days of the original order, a $30 administrative fee will be assessed, in addition to any market losses between the order date and time of non-payment.

As a rule, requests will be denied if installment is finished after the distributed time period. On the off chance that we do decide to acknowledge late installment, a $30 late installment charge will be issued to you. If any order is in error, due to Low Cost Bullion’s fault or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

2. Payment Terms

Low Cost Bullion requires that all payments be made via credit card, debit card, bank wire, personal check, certified check, cashier’s check, or money order. Depending upon the amount of an order, Low Cost Bullion reserves the right to request additional documentation for certain credit card orders. Low Cost Bullion also reserves the right to hold certified checks, personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders for up to ten (10) banking days prior to shipping. In cases of suspected fraud, certified checks, personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders may be held up to 45 calendar days, although this is rare. Direct bank wire is always recommended. By choosing to pay with a credit or debit card, you expressly authorize Low Cost Bullion to authorize and capture your credit card payment prior to shipment.
Low Cost Bullion expressly reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at its sole discretion, regardless of payment method and price confirmation.
In the event of a failed payment, Low Cost Bullion reserves the right to cancel the order thereafter and charge an administrative fees or bill the payable balance to the credit/debit card on file.

You hereby understand and agree that Low Cost Bullion has the right to issue payment instructions to you during the ordering process and via email following completion of your order. Low Cost Bullion does not accept Cash on Delivery orders. Low Cost Bullion also reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is not dated within two (2) working days for bank wire orders or two (2) working days for paper check orders.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with Low Cost Bullion will thereafter be considered a legal binding agreement, and you therefore cannot cancel the placed order. Once an order has been placed, prior to it being shipped, the confirmed total order price may be offset at Low Cost Bullion’s current requested price on the day that we receive your written request for such an offsetting transaction. Credit/debit card orders may not be offset 24+ hours following the time of order creation.
All order offset requests must be made during normal business hours Low Cost Bullion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to permit cancellation and/or offsetting your order.
An order cancellation shall only be made over telephone, live chat, or email, at which time Low Cost Bullion shall provide you with a cancellation confirmation other details required for cancellation. Cancelling orders are subject to our market loss policy, described below, plus a $30 administrative fee.

As applicable, the difference between the Order price and the Requested price will be added to the $30 administrative fee. In the event of a confirmed cancelled order, you expressly authorize Low Cost Bullion to automatically bill the credit or debit card on file for the difference between the Order price and the Requested price, plus the $30 administrative fee. Alternatively, in the event that your credit or debit card is denied, Low Cost Bullion reserves the right to invoice you, in which case, you expressly agree to pay the amount due, in full, within ten (10) working days. Future orders are not permitted unless and until any cancellation and other related fees are paid in full. Any and all market gains on cancellations shall belong solely to Low Cost Bullion. For cancelled orders, $30, plus the difference between the Order price and the Requested price will be charged.

Once Low Cost Bullion has shipped the product, the order is final and cannot be canceled. If you refuse shipment the product will be returned to us and you can either pay to have it reshipped or accept Market Loss fees upon return plus a standard $30 cancellation fee.
Low Cost Bullion reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason or for no reason at all, regardless of payment method or price confirmation, including without limitation, for orders Low Cost Bullion deems questionable or doubtful, for orders Low Cost Bullion deems to be a significant risk, when the confirmed price is incorrect, for abrupt movements in the precious metals market, and/or when Low Cost Bullion does not receive payment within the allotted timeframe.

Low Cost Bullion shall be held harmless and unaccountable for pricing or typographical errors and expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any and all orders placed with respect to such items. In the event of a cancelled order Low Cost Bullion will contact you directly with notification of the cancellation.

4. Returns

Low Cost Bullion’s refund, return and exchange policy is limited to five (5) working days from the date that you receive the item. You must notify Low Cost Bullion’s Customer Service Department via telephone at 844-323-5787 within five (5) working days from the date that you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping and handling costs. Low Cost Bullion may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not reasonably conform to these terms. If the case of a request for an exchange, Low Cost Bullion expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable. Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to Low Cost Bullion’s Policy in relation to Market Loss as well as a standard $30 cancellation fee. Any and all market gains on refunds, returns, and exchanges shall belong solely to Low Cost Bullion.

5. Market Loss Policy

The use of the order number following a purchase from Low Cost Bullion, the price is guaranteed and you may not cancel the transaction. The transaction may only be offset at Low Cost Bullion’s current requested price. If your item is cancelled, you are responsible for any deficit between the price at which Low Cost Bullion sold the item to you and the offsetting order price.
As set forth above, all cancellations are subject to our market loss policy, in addition to a $30 administrative fee. Market gains on cancellations or returns shall remain the property of Low Cost Bullion.
Without limiting any other legal or equitable rights and remedies that may be available to Low Cost Bullion, Low Cost Bullion may elect to apply any and all of your funds in its possession to satisfy your monetary obligations and/or may offset any obligations that Low Cost Bullion may have to you. Low Cost Bullion also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to apply any/all funds in its possession toward the satisfaction of your obligations to Low Cost Bullion.

6. Shipment

Most orders are shipped within one working day and for extreme circumstances, shipments may take up to thirty (30) days from an issued order depending upon the manner of delivery. Applicable State taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges are not reflected. You are fully responsible for applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges. Each package requires a signature upon delivery. Low Cost Bullion is responsible for providing insurance on all of its shipments. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance your package will be covered by our insurance policy.

On the other hand we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given those instructions to leave your package with a third party. When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, Low Cost Bullion assumes responsibility to track any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
Please note that Low Cost Bullion will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address. Any issues or problems arising with a shipment must be reported to us, within 2 working days; otherwise Low Cost Bullion will refute any claims.

7. Fraud

Low Cost Bullion reserves the right, but undertake no obligation, to make any formal report and prosecute any actual and alleged credit card fraud actions. We may, in our discretion, require further authorization from you such as a telephone confirmation of your order and other information. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected. We capture certain information during the order process, including, without limitation, information that will be used to locate and identify individuals committing fraud. If any Website order is suspected to be fraudulent, we reserve the right, but undertake no obligation, to submit all records, with or without a subpoena, to all law enforcement agencies and to the credit card company for fraud investigation. We reserve the right to cooperate with authorities to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Privacy

Your use of lowcostbullion.com is subject to Low Cost Bullion’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Electronic Communications

Visiting lowcostbullion.com or sending emails to Low Cost Bullion constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10. Your account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Low Cost Bullion is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Low Cost Bullion and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Low Cost Bullion does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use lowcostbullion.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

11. Links to third party sites/Third party services

Lowcostbullion.com may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Low Cost Bullion and Low Cost Bullion is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Low Cost Bullion is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Low Cost Bullion of the site or any association with its operators.

Certain services made available via lowcostbullion.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the lowcostbullion.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Low Cost Bullion may share such information and data with any third party with whom Low Cost Bullion has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of lowcostbullion.com users and customers.

12. No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use lowcostbullion.com strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Low Cost Bullion that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Low Cost Bullion or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Low Cost Bullion content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Low Cost Bullion and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Low Cost Bullion or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Low Cost Bullion and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, licensors, members, shareholders, co-branders or other partners, employees, and advertising partners harmless from any and all claims and expenses, liabilities, losses, actions, damages, claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party directly or indirectly relating to or arising out of:
(a) Content provided to our Website or obtained through the products and/or services
(b) Your use, purchase, and/or sale of the products and/or services
(c) Your association to the products and/or services
(d) Your violation of these Terms and Conditions stated
(e) Your violation of any rights or of entity
(f) Your breach of any representation or warranty made by you to Low Cost Bullion
(g) Your failure to perform your responsibilities hereunder.

If you are obliged to provide indemnification pursuant to this provision, Low Cost Bullion may, in its sole and absolute discretion, control the disposition of any claim at your sole cost and expense. Without limitation of the foregoing, you may not settle compromise or in any other manner dispose of any claim without Low Cost Bullion’s consent. You are hereby agreeing to release the Low Cost Bullion and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, members, or other partners from any and all claims, demands, debts, obligations, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, that you may have against them arising out of or in any way related to, without limitation, such disputes and/or to the Website and related products and services.

14. Relationship

The sole relationship between you and Low Cost Bullion is that of buyer-seller. No other relationship, express or implied, including, without limitation, an agency, employee-employer, franchisee-franchisor, joint venture, or any partnership relationship exists.

15. Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER.

Upon your failure to comply with your duties and obligations to Low Cost Bullion, we reserves all rights and remedies available at law or in equity. No delay or failure on the part of Low Cost Bullion in exercising any right or any remedy shall operate or be construed as a waiver of that right or that remedy. In addition, no partial exercise by Low Cost Bullion of any right or any remedy shall preclude the further exercise of that right or that remedy or the exercise of any other right or any other remedy. In the event that you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, you expressly authorize and grant to Low Cost Bullion the right to charge your credit card for any and loss incurred by Low Cost Bullion, including, without limitation, administrative fees for accepting your orders.

16. Liability disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH LOWCOSTBULLION.COM (‘SITE’) MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. LOW COST BULLION, LLC AND MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE WITHOUT NOTICE

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOW COST BULLION, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LOW COST BULLION, LLC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU’RE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

17. Termination/access restriction

Low Cost Bullion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

Either Low Cost Bullion or you may terminate these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, including convenience, with or without cause, at any time by written notice to the other party. The termination of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the rights and the obligations of Low Cost Bullion or you with respect to the period prior to the date of termination.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Low Cost Bullion with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Low Cost Bullion with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

18. Disclaimer & Limitations

All investments, including coins and bullion, involve some degree of risk and are affected by numerous economic factors, all of which are beyond the control of Low Cost Bullion. You, and not Low Cost Bullion, are responsible for such risk, including, without limitation, market volatility and inability to liquidate the products at an acceptable price, or at all. Consult your investment or financial advisor prior to purchasing/selling and fully assess whether you possess adequate savings and income prior to considering such an investment. You represent and warrant to Low Cost Bullion that you have sufficient experience and knowledge to make informed financial decisions and that Low Cost Bullion is not making any recommendation with respect to such purchases and/or such sales.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

LOW COST BULLION PROVIDES THE WEBSITE, THE PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. LOW COST BULLION DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, ITS USE, ANY INFORMATION ON IT: (I) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE, (II) WILL BE FREE OF DEFECTS, INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, (III) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (IV) WILL OPERATE IN THE CONFIGURATION OR WITH OTHER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE YOU USE. LOW COST BULLION MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

20. Limitation of Liability

LOW COST BULLION SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDER PLACED VIA THE LOW COST BULLION ONLINE ORDER ENTRY SYSTEM, FOR ANY LOSSES OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE LOW COST BULLION ONLINE ORDER ENTRY SYSTEM, THE WEBSITE, AND/OR RELATED PRODUCTS/SERVICES. LOW COST BULLION SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS, NEGLIGENCE, OR INABILITY TO EXECUTE ORDERS. FURTHER, LOW COST BULLION SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN THE TRANSMISSION, DELIVERY, OR EXECUTION OF YOUR ORDERS DUE TO BREAKDOWN OR FAILURE OF TRANSMISSION OR COMMUNICATION FACILITIES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CAUSES BEYOND LOW COST BULLION’S REASONABLE CONTROL. LOW COST BULLION SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR THE INTERRUPTION, CANCELLATION, OR OTHER TERMINATION OF THE LOW COST BULLION ONLINE ORDER ENTRY SYSTEM.

In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

21. No Assignment

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions, including your related rights and/or obligations, without express prior written consent of Low Cost Bullion. Such consent may be granted or withheld by Low Cost Bullion at its sole and absolute discretion. These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit any/all permitted assignees and successors of you and Low Cost Bullion.

22. Force Majeure

You acknowledge and understand that if Low Cost Bullion and/or the Website are unable to provide the products and/or services as a result of a force majeure event, Low Cost Bullion and/or the Website will not be in breach of any of its obligations towards you under these Terms and Conditions. A force majeure event means any event beyond the control of Low Cost Bullion and/or the Website. LOW COST BULLION SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER FORM OF LIABILITY FOR FAILING TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH FAILURE IS AS A RESULT OF A FORCE MAJEURE EVENT.

23. Website Use and Restrictions

Except as expressly provided below, the purchase and/or sale of related products/services may only be consummated by, and is expressly limited to, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limitation, minors are prohibited from utilizing the Website and/or related services. You must comply with all of the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the policies referred to herein, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations when you use the Website.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the content and materials on the Website in the normal course of your use of the Website. You may not use any third-party intellectual property without the express written permission of the applicable third-party, except as permitted by law. The Website will retain ownership of its intellectual property rights and you may not obtain any rights therein by virtue of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions. You will have no right to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, have distributed, transmit or sublicense from materials or content available on the Website, except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 24. Miscellaneous

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby expressly waive your right to a trial by jury in any proceeding or litigation brought against Low Cost Bullion with respect to these Terms and Conditions and/or the Website. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions (including formation, performance or alleged breach) or your use of the Website will be exclusively resolved under confidential binding arbitration held in Dallas, TX in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving such disagreements and such disputes and waive all objections to the jurisdiction.

The arbitrator’s award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Low Cost Bullion will have the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in state or federal court located in Dallas, TX to enforce these Terms & Conditions or prevent an infringement of a third party’s rights. In the event equitable relief is sought, you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court and waive all objections to the jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY.

25. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Low Cost Bullion and governs your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements.

27. Statute of Limitation

YOU AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF RELATED TO THE AGREEMENT MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE OR BE FOREVER BARRED.
